Green Smoothie

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled
  • 2cm piece of fresh root ginger, peeled
  • ½ avocado, peeled and stoned
  • 1-2 tsp green powder (spirulina , wheatgrass etc)
  • 1-2 tsp Coconoil
  • small handful parsley
  • 1 stalk celery
  • freshly milled black pepper
  • 300 ml water

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
