Ingredients
- 900g strawberries, hulled
- 350 g caster sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp Coconoil
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor then pass through a fine sieve.
- Place in an ice-cream maker and churn until frozen.
