Strawberry Sorbet

Serves 6-8

Ingredients

  • 900g strawberries, hulled
  • 350 g caster sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp Coconoil

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor then pass through a fine sieve.
  • Place in an ice-cream maker and churn until frozen.
